If you opt to choose your own surveyor, we like to provide a helpful and personal service as standard:
a. the types of survey are discussed with you at the outset so that you can make an informed decision which is best for you. A helpful fact sheet is also available;
b. we tell you when the inspection is to take place and advise when the report will be ready so that you are aware of the timescale involved;
c. you are able to cancel the instruction for no charge at any time up until the surveyor leaves the office to start the inspection;
d. we are happy for you to be present during the inspection;
e. when the inspection has been completed, we will telephone you and give feedback to help you understand the content of the forthcoming Report;
f. once the Report has been issued, unlimited telephone support is available for you to ask questions or seek clarification if needed.
